We are DiasporA Tamil Archives (DTA) and we work to create awareness around the preservation, transmission and dissemination of Tamil cultural heritage. We are an online resource centre and Community Archives and work with documentation, preservation and dissemination of Tamil-Norwegian migration history.
This year, DTA turns 3 years old on 23 April 2023. In conjunction with this, we want to celebrate Our Day 2023 under the theme “CHILDREN and children’s stories”. Get to know Tamil folk stories told by Norwegian-Tamil children in Norway. In this exhibition, you can read and hear folk stories told by Tamil-Norwegian children from Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger and Asker.
