வெளியீட்டுப் பிரிவு 02.12.2018 அன்று ஒரு எண்ணிம களஞ்சியத்திற்கான முன்முயற்சியை ஆரம்பித்து, 05.06.2021 அன்று அதன் இணையத்தளத்தை அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக அறிவித்தது. இந்த எண்ணிமக் களஞ்சியத்தின் கையகப்படுத்தல் கருப்பொருள் தமிழீழ நடைமுறை அரசு ஆகும்.

On 02.12.2018, Veḷiyīṭṭup piripu (வெளியீட்டுப் பிரிவு – The Publishing Division) started its initiation for a digital repository and officially announced the website on 05.06.2021. The theme of the acquisition of this digital repository is the de-facto state of Tamil Eelam.

யாழ் பொது நூலகத்தை எரித்த 40 வது ஆண்டு நினைவு ஆண்டில் தமிழ் பண்பாடு, வரலாறு மற்றும் அரசியல் அடையாளத்தின் அனைத்து அம்சங்களுடனும் தொடர்புடைய அரசியல் சார்பற்ற இணைய நூலகம் மற்றும் வள மையத்தை உருவாக்க தமிழ் புலம்பெயர்ந்தோர் இந்த முயற்சியைத் தொடங்கினர்.
30.05.2021 அன்று ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது.

On the 40th anniversary of the burning of the Jaffna public library that the Tamil Diaspora have launched this initiative to form a non-politically aligned online library and resource centre relating to all aspects of the Tamil cultural, historical and political identity.

கஞ்சி│Congee of Hope

கஞ்சி (Congee of Hope) என்பது முள்ளிவாய்க்காலில் இருந்து உயிர் பிழைத்தவர்களால் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு தன்னார்வக் குழு ஆகும். இப்போது அவர்கள் உலகம் முழுவதும் சிதறி வாழ்கின்றனர்.

முள்ளிவாய்க்கால் கஞ்சி சில வருடங்களாக ஈழத்தில் ஒரு சிலரால் கடைப்பிடிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. ஆனால் அவை எதுவும் ஈழத்திற்கு வெளியே உள்ள பொதுமக்களின் பார்வைக்கு வழங்கப்படவில்லை. முள்ளிவாய்க்கால் கஞ்சியைத் தமிழர் பண்பாட்டின் ஒரு அங்கமாக உருவாக்க, அதைப் பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை புலம்பெயர் தமிழர் மத்தியிலும் உருவாக்குவது அவர்களின் எண்ணக்கருவாக இருந்தது. அதோடு முள்ளிவாய்க்காலில் நிகழ்ந்த உண்மைக் கதைகளைப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்வதும் அவர்களின் செயல்பாடாக அமைத்தனர்.

ஈழத்தில் வாழ்ந்த தமிழர்கள் பிறரைக் காப்பாற்ற, பிறருக்கு உணவளிக்க, பிறரைக் காக்கத் தம் உயிரைத் தியாகம் செய்ததால்தான் தாம் இன்று உயிர் பிழைத்து வாழ்வதாக அவர்கள் வெளிப்படுத்துகிறார்கள். முள்ளிவாய்க்காலில் கொல்லப்பட்டவர்கள், காயப்பட்டவர்கள் அல்லது பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் அனைவரும் “வீரர்கள்” (“HEROES”) என்கிறார்கள். மே 2020 முதல், அவர்கள் எழுத்துரு அடிப்படையிலான ஊடகங்கள் மற்றும் ஒலி வடிவம் மூலம் இழந்த உயிர்களின் கதைகளைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளவதற்கான முன்முயற்சியை ஆரம்பித்தனர்.

The Congee of Hope is a volunteer collective that was started by survivors of Mullivaykkal, who are now dispersed across the globe.

The Mullivaykkal congee has been practised by a few in Eelam for some years. But none of them was made visible to the public outside Eelam. The idea of the survivors was to make the Mullivaykkal congee a part of Tamil tradition. Thus, they started to create awareness of Mullivaykkal congee also in the Tamil diaspora and share the real stories of Mullivaykkal.

The survivors express that they are here today because the Tamils in Eelam sacrificed their lives to save others, to feed others, to protect others. They say that everyone who was killed, injured or affected in any way in Mullivaykkal are the “HEROES”. In May 2020, the survivors took the initiative to share the stories of lost lives through text-based media and audio productions.
